Can you make a deck from a short?

Right now, anything that is under 50 minutes can only be made into a normal deck if it was made prior to 1930. By the 1930's the concept of a feature length film, has been well established. Even then, the shots need variate enough for there to be 20 cards. BUT I am thinking about making special decks for shorts that will be worth 2.

As for feature length films, that have several shorts, I have to make an evaluation. Why? Lets take Paris Je T'aime. It has TOO many shorts for a 20 card deck. But if you take a movie like Personal Velocity, it only has three short stories, and therefore can adequately screencap them.

Can decks be of TV movies?

I am going to have to say yes. Mainly because there are some animated movies that I would like to feature on this site. But don't go crazy with donations because there are many decks that people want to be seen from the 90's and 00's. So request a little at a time.

Can you make actor decks?

At this time no. If I find myself thinking "man there is almost no new movies to add" then yes, maybe I will do actor decks. Part of me feels bad since I am featuring older movies, and some of you would like to see older actors and actresses. BUT if you want to see them, you will have to request it at a celeb TCG or make your own TCG. As for now, there are enough movies made world wide in each century to keep me busy for a LONG time.

No you can not have this deck, and here is why. In this day and age, making movies doesn't profit as much in the past. If you go to IMDB you will find that many different countries invest in the movies that we consider "hollywood" even. This is so common that most of the time I don't bother to list it on this site. In a way that is like me saying Sleepy Hollow is German, or The Science of Sleep is Italian. If you aren't sure if a movie will be accepted email me. I won't get angry. ^^ But if it has enough funding from the US or has enough US roots (such as Letters from Iwo Jima) I would be happy to make the set.

Yes. This is only because it wasn't allowed on Dramatic. At the time when I opened the TCG, there were a lot more anime TCGs, and having anime decks seemed pointless. Sure they were respectable movies out there, but if I had animated feature length films, that would imply I would have anime shows. And that was where I thought it blurred my goals of the site. As of now, I am not planning on making any decks, but if you request it/supply screencaps, it will be made.

No. That would be unfair. It is an either or situation. For example you could collect oz because it is shorter than Henson for the Dark Crystal set, but if you can't find any z's, you might want to look for the other letters to spell out Henson.
