Imagine- a whole alternative world that consists completely online. You fill out a little form and you get a bunch of random images that are being called a "card" It has a name and a number. One card you really like, and would like to find more like it. So you go back to this community and start visiting links to other people who have similar images. They have a card that is similar to the one you like, but it has a different number. You trade one of your unwanted images for theirs. That's what a TCG is. Oppose to buying cards in a store, these are free. And oppose to only having to trade with friends, you have the whole internet.
If you think this concept sounds cool, I would highly recommend checking out the links on this site. It will bring you to various sites that list other TCGs. You probably will be amazed to see what all are made into cards!
But for those who know what a TCG is, you are thinking, why this TCG? What is it about? Simple. Movies.
Now you are probably thinking, but there are already so many TCGs for movies. Why this one?
That is a little more complex. I have never been satisfied with the TCGs that were made for movies. They were too recent of movies and too mainstream. So our goal here is to give more "timeless" movies. That means ALL type of films, silent, animated, musicals, documentaries, pop icons, different countries, whatever! The card pages are arranged by decades, to help your searching needs (and to show my wide variety of different decks!) But don't think you can't request Transformers the movie. If you think the movie is "timeless," who am I to judge?

I mentioned "countries" before as something I will want to deep my feet into with this TCG. But that is partially a lie. I already have a TCG called Dramatic. The site features East Asian movies, dramas, and actors. Simply put, I don't think I will be making any decks for Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, or Hong Kong.
*phew* That seems like a lot right? If you want to collect a deck of Battle Royale or Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, you will have to join that TCG. BUT due to this restriction, if you join Dramatic listing 24 frames as the referral you get 5 extra cards and 2 more choice cards.
